Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@gridelectric.co.uk before returning any item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. The cost of standard delivery will be refunded following the cancellation.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in a resalable condition. We may make deductions from your refund to reflect any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please include proof of purchase when returning items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@gridelectric.co.uk to initiate the return process.
  2. If your return meets our criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  4. We have the right to refuse any items returned without pre-booking and first requesting.

You are responsible for the cost of return and the risk of loss or damage whilst returning the items, so sufficient postal insurance should be taken out to cover the item’s value. This does not apply nor affect your rights if we are at fault - for example, if items are faulty.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restrictions on Returns

We do not accept returns for goods that are made to your specification, perishable items, or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Sale items, gift cards, and pre-orders are eligible for return in compliance with the standard return policy stated above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Changes to the Terms

These are the current terms that apply to all orders. We may change our terms and conditions in the future, so please ensure to check back and find out whether our terms have changed.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and are not diminished in any way. If any term is held invalid under applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically excluded from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
