Installation:
If you are interested in one of our Electric Bike conversion kits, however, don’t like the thought of DIY Installation, we can install and convert your bicycle for you! It really is that simple. We can do everything, from collection to return. You’ll even get a complimentary service during the conversion install.
For those who are based in and around Staffordshire, we will collect your bike, fit your new Electric Bike kit, and drop your bike back with you for an additional £200. *Please note that for trike conversions, the installation fee will be £275. If you live outside of the Staffordshire region, yet would still like us to install your new Electric Bike kit, we may still be able to provide home installation, yet depending on the specific residence, extra fees shall apply.

Shipping:
We offer free standard delivery in the UK on all products unless stated otherwise, however, there may be certain postcodes that require a slight additional cost. The optional ‘Express Delivery’ options will be an additional cost also yet shall be stated during checkout. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via our email: contact@gridelectric.co.uk.
All products which are in stock will be processed and passed onto the couriers ready for delivery within two business days. Please allow additional time if ordering over a public holiday period.
If you change or cancel your delivery date once you have been provided with a delivery time slot, an additional administration fee of £35 will apply. To avoid this, please ensure a delivery date is chosen whereby you are available any time that day.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver all in-stock products in the United Kingdom within five days of placing an order. Transit times for delivery to Ireland may be slightly longer but no longer than seven days.
Although the utmost care will be taken to avoid product damage whilst an order is in transit, we will be not be held liable for any damage incurred
If after ten days your product has still not arrived, has been damaged in the post, or products are faulty on arrival please inform us of this so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible. In this instance, please have your order number to hand.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our courier company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock we will create a backorder for you, and it will be shipped as soon as new stock is available. If a certain product requires a backorder, you will be contacted immediately and notified of this. If at this stage you would like to cancel the order you can do so. We will give you specific dates for restocking times in each individual scenario to aid further, and you shall be given regular updates regarding the progress of the order.
